What are you looking for?
A bit about Hayley from Myriad Massage, living and working in the countryside her aim is to bring the benefits of massage into the heart of rural communities. She love’s to work with people who are passionate about country pursuits and help them to get the best out of their chosen sport or occupation. So whether you are a farrier, farmer, gamekeeper or top gun a good massage can help keep you working.
Hayley visits workplaces, offers home visits and attends some of the big events – she’s certainly a hit with the traders after a long day standing at a stall.
At Alnwick Market Hayley can offer 5, 10 and 20 minute massages. Relax and let Hayley work those tensions out of your shoulders. Two weeks ago I decided to have a massage, in my line of work I’m often sitting at my desk with my shoulders hunched or lifting hot tub covers. So for me, my shoulders are quite tense. I opted for a 10 minute starter session. Initially I felt a little conscious being sat in the middle of the Market Square, but that soon vanished as I zoned out and almost fell asleep! I definitely felt relaxed and can’t wait for another session.

Have you tried a massage yet, what did you think?

Don't forget to wander around the town this WEEKEND. The Food Festival spills out into Bondgate Within and Narrowgate. Over 50 traders at this year's Food Festival and with plenty of LIVE MUSIC, entertainment and treats to purchase!
This month’s recipe uses Northumberland game from Hadrian’s Larder, notably Pheasant Legs. Game from Northumberland is some of the best available, having a perfect natural habitat for species to thrive. The gamekeepers and estate managers across the county do a great job in managing the population of game which can then be used to provide wonderfully lean, tasty produce for us all to enjoy.
